What the client needed.
A manufacturer of connected devices needed one system for the whole device lifecycle. The factory had to register units with or without Bluetooth on hand, installers had to configure them in the field, and the support team needed every device's history in one place.
It also had to keep owners' contact changes secure and give the manufacturer a live view of every unit by type and status.
Two ways in, one source of truth.
Installers configure devices over BLE from the app. The factory registers devices by QR or serial from the panel. Both write to one backend that owns the device lifecycle.

Registration without Bluetooth
The factory registers a unit by scanning its QR or typing its serial. Each QR holds only the serial plus a per-type prefix, so labels stay short and unique.

One clear lifecycle
Registered, claimed, deactivated. The dashboard totals always add up, broken down by device type.

Verified identity changes
A new mobile number or email is saved only after an OTP to that new contact. The old value stays until it's confirmed.
