02What we collect
Details you submit in forms, chat and bookings (name, work email, company, country, project information), plus usage data from analytics cookies if you allow them.
03Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare for calls, send the resources you request, run our services and, with your consent, measure and improve our marketing.
04Who we share it with
Service providers that run our CRM, email, scheduling, payments, hosting and analytics, under data processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
05How we prioritise enquiries
We use the answers you give in our forms (budget, timing, country) and your approximate location to rank enquiries so the right person replies first. This never decides anything about you on its own; a person reviews every enquiry.
06Live chat
Our website chat runs on Zoho SalesIQ. Messages and the contact details you share in the chat are stored in our CRM so our team can reply and follow up. If you accept analytics cookies, SalesIQ also records the pages you visit on this site so we can help you better.
07International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
08How long we keep it
Enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
09Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to use them.
