Refund policy

How refunds work for the Scoping Sprint and for build projects. Project work is also covered by the written agreement signed with each client.
01Scoping Sprint guarantee
If we can't deliver a buildable specification and a fixed quote for your project, you get a full refund of the Sprint fee.
02Cancelling a Sprint
Cancel before the kickoff call and we refund the full Sprint fee. Once the Sprint has started, the fee covers the engineering time already spent and is refunded only under the guarantee above.
03Sprint fee credit
If you go ahead with the build, 100% of the Sprint fee is credited against the first build invoice.
04Build projects
Builds are paid in milestones as working software is delivered, never all upfront. Refunds for build work follow the terms of your signed contract.
05How to request a refund
Email contact@navikx.com with your invoice number. We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days.
