What the client needed.
Players booked courts by phone and messages, and venues lost revenue to no-shows and double bookings.
The client wanted players to find a court, see live availability, pay and get reminders, with venues managing slots themselves.

Slots are locked during checkout and confirmed only after payment, so two players can never book the same court.
